Sika is recruiting for its 18-month Management Trainee Programme, which develops high-potential talent into future professionals and leaders through on-the-job training, formal learning, mentoring, coaching, and project-based assignments. Participants are assigned to a sponsoring department, develop technical and business expertise, and gain cross-functional exposure. The programme is intended for fresh graduates or candidates with up to three years of relevant experience and requires a relevant bachelor's or master's degree, strong analytical and communication skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to travel and undertake cross-functional assignments.
