Spinx is hiring a Management Trainee to learn and eventually manage convenience store and food-and-beverage operations. The role includes customer service, recruiting, hiring, scheduling, training, supervising store associates and secondary management, coaching, inventory and shrinkage control, expense and budget management, marketing execution, and maintaining store standards. The position requires working 50 hours per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and requires a four-year college or university degree or at least two years of related retail management experience and/or training, along with a valid in-state driver’s license and NRE certification.
