Description
Spinx is hiring a Management Trainee to learn and eventually manage convenience store and food-and-beverage operations. The role includes customer service, recruiting, hiring, scheduling, training, supervising store associates and secondary management, coaching, sales and profitability, expense control, inventory management, brand standards, marketing, and store safety. The position requires working 50 hours per week, availability for nights, weekends, and holidays, and a four-year college or university degree or at least two years of related retail management experience and/or training.
