Entry-level Management Trainee position in an Operations Management Trainee Program. The role includes a 16-week leadership and operations training program covering transportation fundamentals, cross-dock operations, leadership communication, relationship building, customer sales-call observation, and local delivery-route observation. Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in Transportation or Logistics or two years of related work experience, an acceptable driving history, flexibility to relocate, strong communication skills, basic computer skills, and a strong work ethic. The position is on second shift and pays approximately $50,000-$60,000 annually.
