Schuh is hiring a Management Trainee for its Liverpool One store on a 37.5-hour schedule working five days out of seven. The role develops retail and people-management skills, with training leading toward a Deputy Manager position. Responsibilities include coaching teams, delivering a high-quality customer experience, recruiting and training new staff, setting and achieving KPIs, supporting visual merchandising and commercial decisions, and promoting the brand. Previous supervisory or retail experience is preferable, but full training is provided.
