SIXT is hiring for its 12-month Management Trainee Program, a hands-on leadership development path that begins with operational work in sales, customer service, fleet management, and performance management and ends with a guaranteed leadership role in the United States. Participants receive an hourly rate of $24.00, a performance-based bonus, a company car upon successful completion, healthcare, retirement plans, paid time off, and opportunities for international growth. The program requires a bachelor's degree or relevant professional experience, strong English communication, a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, and a valid driver's license with at least one year of driving experience; it is not fully remote and may require travel of up to 50% during the first year.
