Intuit is hiring a Manager 2, Data Science to lead measurement of expert-driven service excellence across its CG expert workforce. The role owns measurement strategy across conversion, VEP operations, training, quality, and labor optimization; advances causal inference and experimentation; builds analytics frameworks and data models; partners with cross-functional leaders; and leads and develops analysts and data scientists. Candidates need 7+ years of analytics and data science experience, team leadership experience, advanced statistical and causal-inference expertise, SQL and Python proficiency, and a quantitative bachelor's or master's degree. The expected base pay in San Diego is $189,000–$256,000.
