Description
The Manager 2, Training Delivery & Facilitation leads Facilitation Managers, Facilitators, and Training Coordinators across business units, overseeing facilitation quality, certification, delivery standards, capacity planning, risk management, performance metrics, and continuous improvement. The role manages and develops people managers, partners with instructional design and business stakeholders, escalates delivery risks, and supports the Delivery organization’s strategy and staffing model. It requires 7+ years of relevant experience, including managing people managers or multiple teams, and offers a San Diego base-pay range of $152,500 to $206,500.
