Intuit is seeking a Manager 3, Engineering to lead their Tax Platform organization. The successful candidate will oversee teams responsible for tax engines, runtime platforms, and Tax Prep APIs, focusing on scaling Agentic AI Platform capabilities. This role involves defining technical vision, shaping architectural decisions, and fostering AI adoption across the engineering organization. The manager will also be responsible for talent development, operational discipline for critical systems, and strategic alignment with product and design leaders.
