Intuit is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineering Manager 3 to lead a Forward Deployed Engineering pod serving mid-market and enterprise finance customers. The role combines player-coach leadership with technical direction, hiring and coaching engineers, managing concurrent high-stakes deployments, owning SLAs and customer escalations, engaging with CFOs and controllers, and building reusable implementation playbooks. It requires extensive customer-embedded engineering experience, management experience, deep integrations and agentic AI expertise, and a background in high-growth SaaS. The expected base pay range is $244,000 to $330,000 in Mountain View, with possible cash bonus, equity, and benefits.
