Description
The role leads yield, quality, engineering change, customer qualification, supply continuity, and product release activities for hard-disk-drive manufacturing. It manages KPI improvement roadmaps, root-cause analysis, engineering change approvals, quality stop-order containment, and cross-functional coordination with development, procurement, SQE, and sustaining teams. The position requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, 5–10 years of management experience, and 3 years of HDD manufacturing experience, with English fluency required.
