Description

Intuit’s Consumer Group is hiring a Manager 3, Software Engineering to lead a team building TurboTax experiences and the AI/platform services behind them. The role focuses on full-stack and platform engineering leadership across web, mobile, services, and AI agents, with responsibilities spanning architecture, delivery, engineering excellence, and team development. The position requires extensive software development and engineering management experience, a strong full-stack background, cloud and AWS experience, and working knowledge of AI/ML and GenAI. It offers base pay in San Diego or Mountain View and includes bonus, equity, and benefits.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
Required Previous Experiences: 8+ years of software development experience, including 2+ years managing software engineering teams
3+ years of cloud experience building and operating services on AWS
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in consumer fintech, tax, or e-commerce
Experience with Lambda, container orchestration, and serverless
Working knowledge of AI/ML and GenAI, including LLMs, RAG, agents, and evals
Agile, CI/CD, observability, and SRE practices
Building diverse, inclusive teams
Excellent communication skills
