Description
The Library Manager will lead staff and manage operations at the South High Branch, serving as the primary contact for the local community and coordinating with Library departments, community agencies, and stakeholders. The role includes hiring, training, performance management, goal setting, budget monitoring, policy communication, problem solving, and customer service. It requires a bachelor’s degree, 3–5 years of library or similar experience, and supervisory experience, with a Master’s degree in Library Science or Library and Information Science preferred. The schedule combines mornings, afternoons, and evenings, with alternating Friday/Saturday shifts and assigned Sunday shifts.
