West Monroe is looking for a Manager to join their Merger & Carveout Services (MCS) team. This role involves leading teams across the entire transaction lifecycle, combining business and technology to address complex challenges and drive successful outcomes. The manager will guide buy-side and sell-side merger, integration, and carveout engagements, manage engagement details like budget and risk, and develop various financial and operational models. They'll also focus on business development, contributing M&A expertise and collaborating with internal teams. Additionally, the role includes practice development, improving MCS methodologies and mentoring team members.
