Description
The Manager of Accounting oversees general ledger, month-end close, financial reporting, internal controls, inventory audits, reconciliations, journal entries, and audit support. The role manages and mentors accounting staff, collaborates with FP&A, Operations, HR, A/P, and A/R, and participates in system implementations and automation projects. It requires a BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, 5–7 years of progressive accounting experience including at least two years in a supervisory or managerial role, strong U.S. GAAP and internal controls knowledge, inventory and variance analysis experience, advanced Excel skills, and experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Blue Cherry. The position is hybrid in-office/WFH and offers a base salary of $90,000–$115,000.
