The role leads accounting professionals, owns monthly and quarterly general ledger close and balance sheet reconciliation, oversees statutory reporting and annual audits, manages SOX and internal controls, partners with tax, treasury, credit, and other accounting teams, and drives process improvement and automation. Candidates need a qualified accounting qualification, at least three years of post-qualification experience in financial management and reporting, direct people-management experience, and strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
