BorgWarner is hiring a Manager, Accounting for its TTT Cadillac plant in Cadillac, Michigan. The role leads the finance team, oversees financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, month-end and year-end close, internal controls, inventory reconciliations, tax reporting, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, and financial systems. The position requires a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, at least six years of progressive accounting or finance experience, and knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and ERP systems; manufacturing and cost-accounting experience are preferred. The salary range is $107,600 to $147,950, and visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
