Mastercard is hiring a Manager, Accounting (ESG Controllership) to support the Director of ESG Controllership, Reporting. The role coordinates global sustainability reporting workstreams, including CSRD, ISSB, EU Taxonomy, California climate disclosures, and other emerging regulations; supports ESG metrics, climate and GHG reporting, disclosure preparation, assurance readiness, documentation, process improvement, and stakeholder coordination. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, sustainability, environmental management, or a related field, public accounting or multinational accounting experience, strong controllership and analytical skills, and Workiva experience. The role is based in Purchase, New York or Arlington, Virginia, with a base salary of $125,000–$207,000 USD.
