ShopMy is hiring a Manager, Accounting Operations (Procurement) to own accounts payable, expense management, and travel operations while helping build procurement, vendor management, and spend controls. The role partners with legal, people, and IT teams, uses AI tools to automate finance processes, supports billing and month-end close activities, and collaborates on audits and reporting. Candidates should have 4–6 years of finance operations or accounting experience, hands-on AP and expense-management experience, procurement exposure, process-building skills, and fluency with AI tools. The position is based in New York City or the Bay Area, with remote work available for the right candidate, and offers a base salary of $115,000–$135,000 USD plus equity and benefits.
