Description
Molina Healthcare is hiring an Actuarial Manager to lead and manage the actuarial function, including data analysis, risk identification, liability estimates, premium-rate establishment, financial analysis, reporting, actuarial opinions, and studies on medical-care costs and trends. The role also supports rate filings, new business development, financial projections, budgeting, and acquisitions, while overseeing actuarial staff and providing technical guidance. Candidates need at least seven years of actuarial experience or equivalent education and experience, one year of management experience, ASA and MAAA membership, a relevant bachelor’s degree, subject-matter expertise, advanced statistical and predictive-analytics knowledge, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicable actuarial software.
