Description
AFRY is hiring a Service Area Manager for Process Design to lead and develop its Process Design service area within Thermal Sweden. The role combines leadership, business development, and technical leadership across district heating, combined heat and power, industrial energy systems, heat pumps, biogas, energy plants, thermal energy storage, and energy optimization. The manager will lead approximately 10 employees, collaborate with customers, sales, and technical specialists, and may also work operationally as a technical expert, Lead Process Engineer, technical lead, or advisor on important projects. The position offers flexibility within Sweden and requires experience in energy, process design, thermal energy systems, customer responsibility or sales, and leading complex teams or projects.
