The Manager of the Agentic Workflow Automation team leads Agent Operations, Agent Development, and Agent Design teams within Lockheed Martin's AI/ML Ops organization. The role oversees approximately 40 AI professionals, defines the team's strategic roadmap, manages releases, budgets, resources, and cross-functional delivery, and provides architectural and technical leadership for agentic workflow automation projects. The position requires a bachelor's degree, at least seven years of relevant technical experience, leadership experience, and familiarity with Python, GitLab, AWS, Kubernetes, and agentic automation frameworks.
