Lyra Health is hiring a Manager, AI/ML Engineering to lead and scale a high-impact machine learning and artificial intelligence engineering team. The role owns the AI/ML roadmap and quarterly planning, develops technical talent, oversees the machine learning software development lifecycle, guides production model architecture and microservices on Kubernetes, and collaborates with product, data science, and business leaders. The position requires engineering management experience, deep ML/AI systems expertise, cloud architecture experience, and strong strategic communication; healthcare and MLOps experience are preferred. The anticipated annual base salary is $161,000 to $221,500, with potential discretionary bonuses and comprehensive benefits.
