Takeda is hiring a Manager, AI-Ready Data Modeling to design and deliver standardized, reusable, and AI-ready data models for research and clinical data assets. The role partners with domain leads, data engineers, data scientists, and AI teams to translate business and scientific requirements into scalable data structures, support data integration and pipelines, and apply data quality, metadata, lineage, and enterprise governance practices. The position is based in Cambridge, Massachusetts, with a hybrid work arrangement, and offers a U.S. base salary range of $116,000 to $182,270.
