Percepta is hiring a remote Manager, AI Solutions Product Owner to own the intake, evaluation, design, configuration, governance, roadmap, and scaling feasibility of AI solutions and AI Agents used by contact center teams. The role connects AI Enablement, learning and development, IT, Operations, CRM, and client stakeholders; translates solution behavior into training and documentation; and leads a distributed team responsible for deployment readiness and go-live execution. A related bachelor's degree and six years of product management, solution architecture, or AI/automation program ownership experience are required, along with conversational or agentic AI design and enterprise CRM knowledge.
