Magellan is hiring a BA Team Talent Manager to support HRIS transformation projects across talent domains such as onboarding, recruitment, mobility, training, performance, compensation, skills, and talent reviews. The role covers requirements gathering, business and functional UAT, change management, solution deployment, post-deployment support, HR data optimization, and process modelling, while also contributing to recruitment, commercial proposals, client relationships, and practice development. Candidates need at least five years of consulting experience in similar roles and experience with a leading HRIS solution.
