Praxis is hiring a Manager, Analytical Sciences to own analytical strategy and quality for its commercial small-molecule drug substance and drug product portfolio. The role manages analytical methods, specifications, control strategies, method transfer and validation, lifecycle management, PPQ and commercial manufacturing activities, CDMO oversight, data integrity, OOS/OOT investigations, CAPAs, regulatory submissions, and inspection readiness. It may be performed remotely with travel to the Boston area and CDMO sites, including 20–30% travel during validation campaigns, critical investigations, and health authority inspections. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in chemistry or a related discipline and at least seven years of analytical chemistry experience in a GMP-regulated environment, with an annualized base salary of $115,000–$140,000 USD.
