Takeda is hiring a Manager, Analytics for its Insights & Analytics team supporting the Foundational Therapeutics Platform Business Unit. Based in Cambridge, Massachusetts, the role provides advanced analytics for healthcare claims, real-world evidence, patient-level analytics, data democratization, business performance, forecasting, launch strategy, and Tableau dashboards. The manager will develop analytical capabilities, collaborate with cross-functional teams, improve data quality, and train colleagues. The position requires a bachelor's degree, at least two years of pharmaceutical analytics experience, SQL/Python, Databricks or similar data-intelligence platform experience, data visualization expertise, and AI-enabled coding and analytics experience. It is a hybrid full-time role with a U.S. base salary range of $116,000 to $182,270.
