Tinder is hiring a Manager, Analytics to lead and develop a team of data scientists supporting its Integrity organization across Safety Products, Account Integrity, Anti-Abuse, and Moderation & Ops. The role serves as an analytics partner to product leadership, owns measurement and experimentation, leads high-stakes investigations, and translates insights into executive recommendations. It is a hybrid position requiring in-office collaboration three times per week in New York City, Los Angeles, or Dallas, with a base salary of $145,000–$210,000 depending on location.
