Description
TRIMEDX is hiring a Manager, Applications & Software Engineering to lead application and software engineering teams and manage software development, testing, implementation, support, staffing, project workloads, and technical infrastructure. The role requires at least five years of software development, systems engineering, or design experience, agile development experience, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field; progressive management experience and demonstrated leadership are preferred. Responsibilities include coaching teams, resolving escalations, aligning cross-functional partners, translating technical concepts for leadership, negotiating, setting project schedules, improving processes, and driving service performance and continuous improvement. The position is remote.
