Channel Talk is hiring an Integration Engineer to design, develop, and operate integration apps on its App Store and Commerce Protocol. The role connects the company’s AI agent with e-commerce carts, OMS/WMS, marketplaces, and other external services through authentication, data synchronization, webhooks, and APIs. Responsibilities include rapid app development, automated QA, API version migrations, specification changes, and cross-functional collaboration. The position requires TypeScript and Go, commerce or integration development experience, SaaS or SDK experience, cloud-native operations, Japanese business-level communication, and approximately five years of team management experience.
