Description
The Manager of Application Engineering leads Application Engineers and Technical Support professionals, combining people leadership, customer advocacy, technical escalation management, commercial support, and operational improvement. The role partners across Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Engineering, Quality, and Operations to resolve customer challenges, improve support performance, inform product direction, and build technical talent. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline, at least 7 years of relevant technical experience, 3 years of people leadership, experience in manufacturing or industrial technology, hybrid work near Boxborough, Massachusetts, and up to 20% travel.
