Description
The Applications Engineering Manager will lead SENS’ applications engineering team, develop and optimize customer quoting and application engineering workflows, reduce quote cycle times, standardize engineering processes and tools, and drive scalable technical solutions. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, at least five years of relevant experience, and one year of team-management experience, with a base salary of $125,000–$150,000 and an on-target earnings range of $165,000–$200,000. The position is based in Longmont, Colorado, with up to 20% travel and medical, dental, and vision insurance.
