Description
The Asset Manager reports to the Market Asset Manager or VP of Operations and manages and grows InterPark’s business within an assigned market. The role oversees a portfolio of properties, develops new business, maintains landlord and customer relationships, monitors financial performance and cash operations, manages budgets and lease contracts, supports digital operating-model rollouts, and develops management performance standards. Candidates need a college degree or at least three years of relevant management experience, at least two years managing a multi-location operation, Microsoft Office proficiency, and strong communication and time-management skills.
