ESR Kendall Square has launched Korea's first perpetual/open-ended core logistics fund, known as the "Core Fund." To support the Fund and Portfolio Management team, a new Manager/Associate position has been created. This role involves managing daily operations of investment platforms, preparing financial plans, reviewing and developing asset-level strategies, updating cash flow models, and overseeing various reports. The individual will also maintain investor relationships, coordinate marketing efforts, identify and acquire assets, and track ESG goals.
