Responsibilities include overseeing transaction closings, maintaining statutory and corporate records, coordinating regulatory and tax reporting, and acting as a primary contact for clients and internal teams. The successful candidate will ensure accurate and efficient administration aligned with legal, regulatory, and client requirements, while also leading and developing team members.
