The Store Manager provides administrative and operational support to Sales Associates and Assistant Managers while maintaining a clean, stocked, and customer-friendly store. Responsibilities include cleaning and stocking the parking lot, dispensers, coolers, shelves, restrooms, and other areas; handling cash transactions; ordering products; tracking fuel sales and inventory; hiring and evaluating staff; scheduling employees; reconciling payroll; coordinating with home office and maintenance; and attending management meetings. The role requires prolonged standing, physical lifting of at least 55 pounds, occasional climbing, and some travel, with a listed salary of 40K.
