Description
The PUD Manager leads end-to-end operations for one or more Pickup & Delivery Units, including first-mile pickup, last-mile delivery, customer service, fleet readiness, route and resource optimisation, workforce productivity, revenue assurance, and service quality. Reporting to the Regional PUD Manager, the role coordinates with hubs, service centres, transport partners, and customer-service teams, monitors operational performance and exceptions, and drives continuous improvement across assigned locations.
