Description
Eidra is hiring a senior management consultant to lead projects within larger strategy and transformation programs, support senior executives, bring strategy and change expertise to multidisciplinary client engagements, collaborate with Eidra’s experts, contribute to business development and proposals, and help build the firm’s culture and capabilities. The role requires at least five years of management consulting experience, AI consulting experience, expertise in growth strategy, business models, operating models, or organizational transformation, strong problem-structuring and communication skills, and fluency in Swedish and English.
