Shell is hiring a Manager to lead day-to-day operations of its gas station at De Pateel 1 in Eijsden, including customer and colleague service, team leadership of approximately five to seven employees, administration, scheduling, reporting, goods flow, and inventory. The role is part-time or full-time for 32 to 38 hours per week, with morning-to-afternoon or afternoon-to-evening shifts, and requires leadership experience, HACCP and food-safety knowledge, and willingness to work evenings or weekends. The position offers a salary of €3,001.69 to €3,237.52 plus holiday allowance, vacation days, fuel discounts, travel reimbursement, a personal budget, holiday-home booking, and training.
