HumanSignal is hiring an onsite Manager in Columbus, Ohio to lead Strategic Project Leads across multiple high-stakes AI data projects. The role owns delivery outcomes such as throughput, quality, SLA performance, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction; manages expert workforces and vendors; translates researcher requirements into operational plans; improves data pipelines and internal tooling; and coaches contributors. Candidates need at least five years of operationally intensive experience, one year of people management, systems-thinking and metrics-driven operations skills, experience with multi-stakeholder high-velocity projects, and proficiency with LLMs, scripting, and large datasets. The compensation is $90,000–$130,000.
