The role also involves collaborating with researchers and procurement partners, improving operational systems and tooling, coaching contributors, and handling escalations. Candidates need at least five years of experience in operationally intensive roles, one year of people management, strong metrics and systems-thinking skills, and proficiency with LLMs, scripting, and large datasets.
