Description
The Production Manager leads end-to-end manufacturing operations for telecom products, including system integration, assembly, inspection, packing, dispatch, and handover to finished goods. The role owns production targets, SAP PP and MES workflows, BOM and material control, quality and traceability, CAPA, continuous improvement, team leadership, and readiness for prototype, pilot, and mass production. It requires 8–12 years of electronics, telecom equipment, system integration, assembly, and production management experience, along with a diploma, BE, or B.Tech in a relevant discipline.
