Intrinsic is seeking a Manager in their Finance & Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) practice. This role involves owning the technical execution of ASC 805 purchase accounting and Opening Balance Sheet preparation for PE-backed portfolio companies. The manager will lead purchase price allocations, prepare opening balance sheets, draft technical memos, book journal entries, and develop GAAP-compliant calculations. Responsibilities also include hands-on post-close accounting execution, technical guidance, stakeholder coordination, project management, and contributing to practice development.
