The Manager will lead and develop a team within the Business Team in Diss, manage a portfolio of key clients, support business development and tender proposals, coordinate with partners and colleagues, and oversee performance, training, recruitment, and talent development. The role requires a professional qualification such as ACA or ACCA, significant post-qualified practice experience, team-management experience, and strong client and networking skills. It is a permanent, full-time position starting from £50,000, dependent on experience.
