The NRMA Group is seeking a permanent full-time Manager to lead a team of service providers in the Newcastle region. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting, developing, and rewarding a team of approximately 20-40 Field-Based Team Members, ensuring effective performance management, aligning objectives, supporting operational activities, analyzing financial information, acting as the first point of contact for safety incidents, and implementing quality assurance initiatives.
