On the Go is hiring a Manager to lead daily operations across its airport dining and retail concepts. The role reports to the Airport Director and is responsible for operational excellence, food and beverage quality, scheduling and staffing, onboarding and training, employee support, safety and compliance, and corrective actions from Coyle and NSF audits. The position offers $60,000-$65,000 plus bonus and requires 3–5 years of management experience in full-service restaurants or retail, with a hospitality degree preferred. The interview location is IAH Airport, Level 1, Departures/Check-In, Terminal E, United Airlines.
