On the Go is hiring a Manager in EWR to lead daily operations across its retail, quick-service restaurant, and full-service dining concepts. The role reports to the General Manager and is responsible for operational excellence, food and beverage quality, scheduling and staffing, onboarding and training, employee support, safety and compliance, and corrective actions from Coyle and NSF audits. A hospitality degree is preferred, and candidates should have 3–5 years of management experience in full-service restaurants or retail, strong communication skills, Microsoft Suite proficiency, and flexibility for varied shifts.
