Description

RSM is seeking a Manager for their expanding Process Risk and Controls Practice. This role involves strengthening clients' risk and control environments, advising on risk identification and mitigation, and collaborating with various stakeholders. The manager will lead risk assessment interviews, develop internal audit plans, review deliverables, conduct closing meetings, and manage engagement economics. Additionally, they will engage in industry participation, build networks, contribute to thought leadership, and support business development.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 5 years of experience in SOX, internal audit, external audit, or related internal control positions.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience leading project-based work with milestones and workflow driven by objectives and defined timelines.
Proficiency in professional writing, spreadsheet, and presentation creation tools.
Ability to travel to meet client needs and work collaboratively with others.
Openness to workday flexibility, agility, remote work environment, leveraging new tools.

Established experience in multiple industries or subject-matter expertise in one specific industry.
