Description
The Retail Store Manager is responsible for maintaining store operations, supervising employees, managing merchandise, cash registers, work plans, reports, and customer service. The role requires an Associate degree in Management & Administration and/or Marketing, at least two years of managerial experience supervising retail sales employees, flexible availability, English and advanced Spanish proficiency, and customer service experience. The position also requires problem-solving, time management, organizational ability, technological knowledge, and inventory and purchasing skills.
